School Scheduling & Systems Consultant
Untangling the master schedule — so you can get back to leading.
Expert scheduling for high schools, built from the inside out.
Let's TalkWhat I Do
The master schedule is one of the most complex puzzles in a school — and when it breaks down, everything else does too. I specialize in untangling it, from the ground up, with fresh eyes and a system that actually fits your school.
Before I build anything, I learn everything. Staff rosters, room capacities, course requirements, floor plans, contractual hours, school culture, past conflicts, and your dream outcomes. The more I know, the better the schedule.
I build your master schedule from scratch — designed around your school's actual constraints and priorities, not a generic template. Every period, every room, every teacher placement is intentional.
Scheduling conflicts aren't inevitable — they're solvable. I identify pressure points before they become problems, and I think creatively about solutions that work for teachers, students, and administration alike.
Deeply familiar with NYC Department of Education schools, contractual teacher hours, and union requirements. Registered as an approved NYC DOE Vendor — meaning NYC schools can hire me through an already-approved channel, no procurement headaches. Serving schools nationwide.
About Regina
I spent more than two decades in schools — first as a high school art teacher in New York City, then developing the administrative lens that comes with a Master's in Educational Leadership. I've seen schedules from both sides of the classroom door.
What sets me apart isn't a software platform or a generic methodology. It's that I come to your school as a neutral party with no internal bias — no loyalties to particular teachers, no inherited assumptions about how things "have always been done." I see your schedule with fresh eyes and build it around what your school actually needs.
Creating master schedules isn't a chore for me. It's genuinely my favorite kind of problem. It's a puzzle, and I love puzzles. I love the brainstorming, the constraints, the creative solutions that emerge when you think outside the box. I bring that energy to every engagement.
